1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to AIvidemuse ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Description of Service

AIvidemuse is an AI-powered video generation platform that allows users to create video content from text, images, and other inputs. We strive to provide high-quality services but do not guarantee that generated videos will always meet your exact expectations.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information.

4. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content

The following are serious violations. We apply automated moderation to generated content, and violations result in immediate account termination without refund, and reporting to law enforcement where required by law:

  • Content involving minors. Any sexualized, nude, or suggestive content involving minors.
  • Real-person likeness and deepfakes. Generating, altering, or face-swapping the likeness, face, or voice of any real identifiable person — including public figures, politicians, and celebrities — without their written consent. Impersonation, false endorsement, and fabricated events are prohibited.
  • Adult and sexual content. Pornography, sexual violence, and non-consensual sexual content.
  • Violence and extremism. Real graphic violence, terrorist propaganda, and weapons manufacturing instructions.
  • Disinformation. Fabricated news events, forged official statements, and misleading content targeting elections or public health.
  • Infringement of intellectual property, trademark, privacy, or other rights of any person or entity.
  • Interfering with the integrity or performance of the Service, or attempting unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.

You are solely responsible for all content you generate through the Service and for ensuring it complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. To report a violation, contact support@videmuse.com.

5. Intellectual Property

Subject to these Terms, you retain ownership of the content you upload to the platform. For video content generated using the platform, we grant you the right to use, reproduce, and distribute such content, provided you comply with these Terms.

6. Credits, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Certain features of the Service consume credits. Credits are obtained through one-time purchases or subscription plans. All prices are listed in USD; the amount charged may vary slightly with your card issuer's exchange rate.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the billing period you selected (monthly or annual) until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your Account page; you keep access for the remainder of the current period and are not charged again.

Refunds. Within 7 days of purchase, you may request a full refund for credits that remain unused. Credits already consumed (videos submitted for generation) are non-refundable, because the corresponding compute cost has already been incurred. If a generation fails, frozen credits are returned automatically — no request needed. Contact support@videmuse.com for refunds; we respond within 5 business days.

We reserve the right to adjust prices. Price changes do not affect an active subscription period; they take effect at the next renewal and are announced in advance.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIvidemuse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modified terms will become effective upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
