Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to every prompt, image, reference asset, and generation request submitted to AIvidemuse. By using the Service, you agree to follow this policy.

1. Sexual Content

• NSFW, pornographic, explicit, nude, or sexually suggestive content.
• Any sexualization, nudity, grooming, or exploitation involving minors.
• Sexual violence, non-consensual sexual content, voyeurism, or intimate content shared without consent.

2. Real-Person Identity and Likeness

• Face swaps, deepfakes, voice cloning, or likeness manipulation of a real person without clear consent.
• Impersonation, false endorsement, forged official statements, or fabricated events presented as involving a real person.

3. Dangerous, Illegal, and Harmful Content

• Illegal weapons or explosives instructions, extremist propaganda, or recruitment.
• Graphic real-world violence, torture, executions, or content intended to facilitate harm.
• Fraud, scams, cyber abuse, unlawful trade, or other illegal activity.
• Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, trademark, or other legal rights.

4. Moderation Evasion

Attempts to bypass moderation are prohibited, including splitting, encoding, intentionally misspelling, or repeatedly resubmitting rejected prompts. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Screening and Enforcement

All prompts are automatically screened before generation. Prohibited requests are rejected. Serious or repeated violations may lead to suspension or termination without refund, and reports may be made when legally required.
