Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to every prompt, image, reference asset, and generation request submitted to AIvidemuse. By using the Service, you agree to follow this policy.

1. Content Standards and Prohibited Categories

  • Pornography or NSFW content, including explicit sexual acts, nudity, sexually suggestive material, sexual violence, or non-consensual sexual content.
  • Violence or gore, including realistic graphic violence, torture, dismemberment, executions, or content that glorifies harm.
  • Hate speech that attacks, dehumanizes, threatens, or incites violence based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or another protected characteristic.
  • Child-unsafe content or child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including any sexualization, nudity, grooming, exploitation, abuse, or other endangerment involving minors.
  • Deepfakes or impersonation, including face swaps, voice cloning, or likeness manipulation of a real person without clear consent, false endorsements, or forged official statements.
  • Copyright or trademark infringement, including unauthorized use, reproduction, or imitation of protected works, brands, characters, or other intellectual property.

2. Other Dangerous, Illegal, and Harmful Content

  • Illegal weapons or explosives instructions, extremist propaganda, or recruitment.
  • Fraud, scams, cyber abuse, unlawful trade, or other illegal activity.
  • Content that infringes privacy or other legal rights.

3. Moderation Evasion

Attempts to bypass moderation are prohibited, including splitting, encoding, intentionally misspelling, or repeatedly resubmitting rejected prompts. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Platform Screening and Enforcement

All prompts are automatically screened before generation. Prohibited requests are rejected. Serious or repeated violations may lead to suspension or termination without refund, and reports may be made when legally required.
